03. Orders and Payments
All transactions processed through our platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payments are processed securely via authorized nodes.
04. Limitation of Liability
THE-SALT and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
05. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is paramount. Our handling of data, especially Personally Identifiable Information (PII), is strictly governed by our Privacy Policy.
